All of  our pricing  options are openly listed on our Motion Packages page.   When you request a free quote we'll build your price using the same pricing options listed there.  The package that fits your needs will be decided on the length and complexity of the project you need.  However, if your project requires a simple animation that lasts for 15 seconds,  we can often bump your project down to the next cheapest package.  Whether this bump is applicable to your project will be decided after your free quote is submitted and reviewed.

Unless otherwise requested, we will normally send your final animation in a heavy bitrate .mov format at 1080x1920 and 24fps.  It will have a transparent alpha layer for overlaying over footage if applicable.  We'll also send a lighter .mp4 copy that's great for uploading to sites like YouTube.  We have Extras available for customers who need 4K resolution and/or 60 fps.

It depends.  We offer the  More Complexity Motion Extra+ to accommodate situations where your project is short, but isn't quite long or complex enough for the standard package.  Whether or not this is applicable to your project will be decided after your free quote is submitted and reviewed.

Not necessarily.   Our Pro Video Package is priced to accommodate more complex animation and we can often bump a customer's project down to the next cheapest package.  Whether or not this is applicable to your project will be decided after your free quote is submitted and reviewed.

We accept check, PayPal, Bitcoin, and all major credit cards.  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.  All credit card payments are processed through PayPal's secure website and Bitcoin payments are processed through Bitpay.

If you paid in full, we offer an 80% refund during the initial storyboard process and a 50% refund during the animation process.   We do not issue refunds after the final is received, but do offer multiple revisions.

We currently do not sell original custom vector graphics.  We generally require a logo, theme , or idea to being the animation process.   If you have a  idea that you want animated, feel free to send any drawings or doodles and describe it to the best of your ability and we'll see what we can work out.

No, we only require a 20% non-refundable deposit of your quoted project price to get started on the storyboard.  Once you're happy with the storyboard, we'll require an additional 30% to begin the animation process.   The remaining 50% will be due upon receiving the final.  Likewise, if you choose to pay in full you can be refunded 80% during the initial storyboard process or 50% during the animation process should you decide to quit.  Please note that multiple partial payments pay increase the turnaround time for your project depending on method of payments and payment processing times.

Estimated turnaround times are listed on the Motion Packages pricing page.  These estimates are based on a full payment up front and no storyboard, final, or sound revisions.  Revisions may add on to the listed estimated turn around times.  If you have a specific date your final project is needed by, please let us know.
